Polícia desocupa “sem-tetos” de prédio abandonado no RJ

No dia 22 de junho do corrente ano, um grupo de sem-teto ocuparam um prédio abandonado no bairro da Lapa, no Rio de Janeiro. O imóvel pertence ao INSS (que solicitou reintegração de posse) e coube à Polícia Militar negociar a desocupação do local.

Pelo que a doutrina ensina, o uso da força deve ser aplicado em último caso. A prioridade é o diálogo, que provavelmente não surtiu efeito, já que as imagens só mostram a ação enérgica da polícia (uso de espargidor de gás e emprego da tropa de choque). O curioso é que, mesmo depois de conseguir dispersar a multidão a PM esbarrou em um pequeno problema.

Ícaro, tentei entender o que você escreveu. Acho que foi uma reclamação, pois quase todos os videos estão fora do ar. Certo?

Tivemos um problema com o Youtube e perdemos a maioria dos videos. Assim, aos poucos vamos atualizando as postagens.

The action taken to national disaster is awesome but it’s a damn shame that so many citizens take advantage of the sad situations.

I mean everytime there is an earthquake, a flood, an oil spill – there’s always a group of heartless people who rip off tax payers.

This is in response to reading that 4 of Oprah Winfreys “angels” got busted ripping off the system. Shame on them!
